Saluda River Club’s Open House is Sunday 9/17

“Come experience cottage living at its best in Saluda River Club’s Woodlands District, the newest neighborhood in the Midlands’ award-winning residential community nestled along the Saluda River,” invites Lisa Smith, Marketing Manager of Saluda River Club. An Open House is scheduled for Sunday, September 17 from 1-4PM.

“Or call us at 803.358.3969 to schedule a tour today to see the Woodlands District cottages that Lifestone Residential is building in this peaceful, natural setting.  We’d be delighted to share layouts, designs, finishes and other details.”

In addition to a great location near Columbia, in Lexington’s District One School District, these charming and cozy residences in the Woodlands District have a lot to offer.

Charming Cottages

The brand-new cottages in Saluda River Club offer first floor living with stunning features throughout, including 9’ smooth ceilings, hardwood floors and custom moldings. The beautiful covered porch front entry welcomes you to an open concept living/entertainment space.

The kitchen is open to both the family room and the café dining area and features luxury stainless steel appliances, gas cooktop, large granite-topped island, pantry and plenty of custom cabinets. The café is a casual area to enjoy breakfast or a quick cup of coffee with friends and features plenty of windows to bring the peaceful, quiet outdoors in.

Enjoy the comfort of a large master suite on the main floor plus an additional bedroom, loft and bathroom on the second floor. Large double windows provide natural light from the outdoor living spaces to flood in. Check out Coldwater Crossing.

The Woodlands District

The Woodlands District has introduced ‘New Carolina Living’ to the South. It includes a variety of home styles that offer elegant architectural detailing, fresh design and a sense of bringing the outdoors in, right on the banks of the Saluda River. The neighborhood features impressive privacy, miles of nature trails and mini-parks, plus full access to all shared amenities at Saluda River Club such as the Village Clubhouse for adults, the Chickawa Club and Outdoor Center for all ages, and the three river launches.

The Woodlands District is one of Saluda River Club’s three distinct neighborhoods, in addition to the River District and Village District in the award-winning master-planned community in Lexington.
