Here’s What’s Happening Around the Neighborhood this Month

January Activities:

Sunday 1/27 Ladies Bible Study at the Village Club 6:30-8pm
We will be starting a new bible study beginning on Sunday, January 27th and we would for you to join us!  If you are new to the neighborhood this is a GREAT place to meet new friends.  I can say from experience, that this is the most thoughtful and caring group of ladies I have ever known…please come see for yourselves!  Please invite other neighbors and even friends outside of the neighborhood…all ladies are welcome.  We really hope you can make it!  Dara Hearn
Description: What went wrong? Why did God let this happen?
Reality often ends up so very far from the life we long for, doesn’t it? Bible teacher Lysa TerKeurst deeply understands daily disappointments and life-altering loss. By walking through her own valley, she’s discovered that in God we can find unexpected strength as we wrestle well between our faith and feelings.  In this six-session video Bible study, Lysa offers a safe place to share your disappointments, fresh biblical insight to get you through painful situations, and life-giving perspectives for living in between Eden and eternity.

Beginner Class Tuesdays at 6pm
Beginner Class will focus much more time into getting into the poses correctly and ways to incorporate yoga into daily life at home.  (For example: chair yoga, yoga before bedtime, deep breathing, mindfulness and meditation, walk-up routines, etc.)

Advanced Class Wednesdays at 6pm
Advanced Class will flow faster with less explanation of poses.bands/breathing.etc. and will be designed to work each yogi up to a new advanced position each week.  So, you will be able to do something at the end of each class much easier than if you tried it at the beginning of class.  This class is not for anyone with injuries.
