At Swamp Cabbage Brewing, guests will sample beers from and then receive a guided tour of Columbia’s largest full-production brewery. The bus will then head to The Southern Belly for a pulled pork sandwich that’s made to their liking, learning about the state’s rich barbecue history in the process.
