Earlier this month, top real estate agents and brokers who met their 2013 sales target at Saluda River Club were invited to join Andy White, the developer of Saluda River Club and other members of his management team on a week-long cruise aboard the Royal Caribbean’s masterpiece of naval engineering, the Oasis of the Seas.
Kara Powell, Director of Business Development, notes happily that in 2013, 24 real estate agents had earned this outstanding incentive: a weeklong cruise for two. A total of 51 people ‘sailed the high seas’ with Saluda River Club. This year’s cruise was an Eastern Caribbean Trip including Nassau, St. Thomas, and St. Maarten.
Each agent who traveled on this year’s cruise had sold at least one home or home site in Saluda River Club between January 1 – December 31, 2013. If agents in one real estate office sold 3 or more homes or home sites, that broker was cruising along too!
“It really is such a generous incentive, and as all our winners know, homes and sites at Saluda River Club really sell themselves,” says Kara. “Our program for real estate professionals is very popular, and this is the 4th time that we invited them on the cruise. And yes, we will continue this program in 2014 as well!”
