We had a great time at our first Teen Cooking Class last night. Chef Christopher Rawlings with Gourmet 2 Go Catering introduced the group to healthy snack options along with instructions on food preparation and how to safely use cutting utensils. The delicious menu included Classic Lebanese Hummus with Handmade Pita Chips, Hippie Rolls (Real Hot pockets), fresh frozen yogurt and a Blueberry-Ginger Mojito Spritzers.
