November Activities:

Thursday 11/15 Men’s Night POKER GAME at the Village Club 7pm
POKER GAME!!!  Lose a few old presidents & win some new friends.  Low stakes, High fun.  No experience preferred.  Men’s Night is the Third Thursday of every month. Bring your favorite beverage and a snack.

Friday 11/16 Boomers and Beyond at the Village Club 5:30pm 
Boomers (both singles and couples over 50) meet at the Village Clubhouse the third Friday of each month at 5:30pm.  Bring an appetizer to share and the beverage of your choice. If you would like to play left, right, center, bring three one dollar bills per person.

Sunday 11/18 Holiday Market at the Chickawa Outdoor Center 1-5pm
Mark your calendars for the annual SRC Holiday Market!  Please join resident and community vendors from 1:00 pm – 5:00 pm at the Chickawa Outdoor Center. Ladies and Children’s clothing, handmade jewelry, homemade goodies, home decor and more and you don’t even have to leave the neighborhood!

Sunday 11/18 Fall Mini Sessions by Lili Walker 3pm
SRC residents only with special pricing!!  Many of you know Miss Lili from Pilgrim Community Preschool, she is also an awesome photographer!  If you want to get some great family photos perhaps for your Christmas cards or picture frames in your home, you need to jump on this opportunity!! Spaces are limited.  Email liliannevictoria06@gmail.com.  $150.  15 minutes, 20 edited images, and online gallery.

Sunday 11/18, 25 Ladies Bible Study at the Village Club 6:30pm
If you are new to the neighborhood this is a great place to meet some really amazing ladies!  You are also welcome to invite other people outside of the neighborhood…The more the merrier!  Please contact Dara Hearn (843)478-9736 dhearn08@gmail.com with any questions.

Tuesday 11/20 Ladies Bunco at the Village Club 7pm
Come for a night of fun with the ladies of SRC who get together on the 3rd Tuesday of every month to play bunco.  We start arriving @ 7pm and play till 8:30.  Bring $5 for the winners pot……never played, don’t worry, there are a few veterans to teach the rules and get the games started.  For information you can contact Pat Cronin @ 803-521-9138 or Jean Dyson @ 803-429-2349.

Thursday 11/22 Touch Football at the Newport Hill Lane Field 9am
Come on out and play some football with you neighbors at the annual SRC Turkey Football. Dust off your cleats and meet us at the Newport Hill Lane field, Thursday Nov 22nd 9am for some pre-meal touch football! Everyone is welcome to play including newbies and adolescents.

Tuesday 11/27 Book Club at the Village Club 7:30pm
The book club will be reading, “Button Man”, by Andrew Gross.  Book club discussions are held at the Village Club at 7:30 on the last Tuesday of the month.  Come share your thoughts on the latest book and share ideas on any future reads.  If you have any questions you can contact Pat Cronin at 803-521-9138 or email at croninp32@hotmail.com.

Saturday 12/1 Breakfast with Santa at the Chickawa Outdoor Center at 9am
Calling all SRC Kidoes!  Get your PJs on and join us at the Chickawa Outdoor Center at at 9am for breakfast, storytime, and photos with Santa.  RSVP by Wednesday 11/28 to activities@saludariverclub.com.

Monday 12/3 Custom Shopping Event at the Village Club from 6-9pm
Come and get your holiday shopping done for your husband-we are bringing our BP Skinner store to you!  We will have the store merchandise at the Village Club on December 3rd from 6-9pm.  Find the perfect gift for him, and we’ll even gift wrap it and deliver it to your doorstep.  Shopping for your husband has never been easier.

Friday 12/7SRC’s Adult Holiday Party at the Village Club 7pm
HO… HO… HO…
Let’s mingle and jingle this holiday season while wearing your holiday best – bring an appetizer or dessert to share – don’t forget to bring your favorite adult holiday beverage to give you some flare – while enjoying holiday themed music from Don Russo that will surely help you sway.

Thursday 12/13 Ladies Night/Dirty Santa Holiday Party at the Village Club 7pm
Bring a $20 gift to exchange, Something to treasure, The bigger the laugh, The greater the pleasure!  Please bring a “Dirty Santa” gift. As they say, “one’s man trash, is another man’s treasure”.  Also, bring Holiday Cookies to share and any leftover we can scatter amongst the group.

Sunday 12/16 Chili & Caroling at the Chickawa Outdoor Center 5pm
Come join your neighbors for Chlli and Caroling on Sunday December 16th from 5:00pm until. Bring your favorite chili or a side to share and BYOB. Caroling will begin at 6:15pm.
