March Activities:

Thursday 3/9 Ladies Meet and Greet at the Village Club 7pm
Ladies Meet and Greet is the second Thursday of every month. Bring your favorite beverage, a small snack to share, and mingle with your neighbors!

Monday 3/13 American Mah Jongg at the Village Club 7pm
Join your neighbors for the first session and lesson in American Mah Jongg.  Please contact Christie Addy if you have any questions at 803-358-0120 or ccaddy60@yahoo.com.

Thursday 3/16 Men’s Night at the Village Club 7pm
Men’s Night is the Third Thursday of every month. Bring your favorite beverage and a snack.  We may decide to play cards, but we’ll also be kicking back this month!

Friday 3/17 Boomers and Beyond at the Village Club 5:30pm
Calling all SRC Singles and Couples Over 50!  Boomers and Beyond is the third Friday of every month.  Join your neighbors at the Village Club and start your weekend out right!  Don’t forget to bring your favorite appetizer to share and beverage!  For more information call Judy Klotz 803-665-0467 or Patsy Burkhold 803-622-7438.

Tuesday 3/21 Ladies Bunco at the Village Club 7pm
Book club discussions are held at the Village Club at 7:30 on the last Tuesday of the month.  Come share your thoughts on the latest book and give ideas on any future reads.  If you have any questions you can contact Pat Cronin at 803-521-9138 or email at croninp32@hotmail.com.

Sunday 3/26 SRC Family Field Day on the Riverfront 12pm
Grab your picnic baskets and blankets and join your neighbors for a picnic on the Riverfront from 12-1pm.  Then, starting at 1pm Kid Fit will lead us in Field Day events.  If you don’t want to participate, be sure to bring a chair to watch and cheer on your favorite SRC neighbors!  Finally, we’ll cool down on refreshing shaved ice from the Kona Ice truck.  Please RSVP how many will attend to activities@saludariverclub.com.  See you there!!!

Tuesday 3/28 Book Club at the Village Club 7:30pm
Meetings are held on the last Tuesday of the month.  New members are welcome to attend.

Tuesday 4/4 Restaurant Review Ganbei Japanese Restaurant & Bar 6:30-8:30pm
5580 Sunset Blvd, Lexington, SC 29072
•Free 3 course dinner & restaurant review including Ganbei’s popular apps, entrees and desserts (non-alcoholic drinks provided free of charge and 1 free ticket for 1 alcoholic beverage)
•Mixer including community residents and business sponsors
•Each guest will fill out survey and provide feedback of food, drinks, environment and overall experience
•Photographer on site to take photos of restaurant review & social event
•Event will be published in April or May publication of Saluda River Club Magazine
•Event will start promptly at 6:30 pm and wrap up by no later than 8:30 pm.
•Raffle drawing & prizes at end of event
•Will pool gratuity among residents & business sponsors ($10 each/family or $10/business sponsor) to provide tip for waiter or waitress.

Kid Fit Summer Camps Coming to Saluda River Club:

June 19-22 Kid Fit Sports Galore Camp (ages 5-12)
July 10-13 Kid Fit Sports Galore Camp (ages 2-6)
Activities include volleyball with beach balls, balloon tennis, noodle hockey, bowling, soccer, basketball, and much more.

July 17-20 Kid Fit Gymnastics Camp (ages 2-6)
Activities include mats, balance beams, trampolines, bars, rings, tumbling aids, and much more.

July 24-27 Kid Fit Circus Camp (ages 2-6)
Activities include tight wires, stilts, juggling, face painting, and much more.

July 31-Aug 3 Kid Fit Beach Camp (ages 5-12)
Activities include bocce ball, corn toss, frisbee, beach tennis, flip cup, ladder golf, washer boards, beach ball volleyball, and pool games.

Each camp will meet both on the Riverfront and inside the Chickawa Outdoor Center.  The cost for each camp is $60/child/week.  All campers must be potty trained.  Each camp is Monday-Thursday 9am-12pm.  Kids are to bring a snack and a water bottle every day.  Please email activities@saludariverclub.com to reserve a space for your child.
