Columbia Living Magazine featured our award-winning, master-planned community recently

Recently, Columbia Living Magazine featured our award-winning Saluda River Club community in an article about living on the Saluda River.

In this excellent story, Andrew (“Andy”) D. White, developer of Saluda River Club and partner with Bill Theus and Walter Taylor of Lifestone Communities, developer-builders of a variety of residential communities throughout South Carolina, explains his inspiration to build right here, on the banks of the majestic Saluda River:

“The river called me home. I knew that I wanted to share my vision of ‘living your best life’ at Saluda River Club with people who would also appreciate the community’s natural setting, its thoughtful design and fabulous new homes. Today, more than 245 homeowners have heard the river’s call, from young professionals to growing families and active adults. Saluda River Club has grown into such a magnificent community.”

Since 2008, when Andy welcomed his first homeowners, Saluda River Club has offered a unique resort-inspired lifestyle, made even more special by the great variety of amenities available to the residents who call Saluda River Club home. There are two Clubhouses, each with its own pool: the Chickawa Outdoor Center and the Village Clubhouse.

In addition, residents also have access to:

  • Amphitheater
  • Bocce ball court
  • Community Gardens
  • Dog Park
  • Fire Pits
  • Fitness Center
  • Jungle gym
  • Observation deck over the Saluda River
  • Outdoor exercise gym
  • Picnic Shelter (also great for birthday parties)
  • Recreation area
  • River access for kayaking
  • Walking trails

“We have introduced a truly gracious lifestyle to this area,” notes Andy. “Highlighted by its magnificent location, Saluda River Club has become South Carolina’s most successful and most awarded new homes community.”
