2009 Columbia Tour of Homes

south-of-broadSaluda River Club has four houses featured in this year’s Columbia Tour of Homes, the largest open house of new homes for sale in Columbia. Taking place May 9th, 10th, 16th and 17th from 12 – 6 p.m., the tour features 54 new homes, located in nine different communities across Columbia. Guests will be granted the opportunity to view the latest trends in housing design and construction in addition to innovative concepts and the finest craftsmanship in the homebuilding industry.

The 4 homes in Saluda River Club to be featured are:

  • The South of Broad by Donna Gardner Builders, LLC
  • The Saluda by Dunbar Builders
  • Ann Bailey’s by Carolina Custom Homes
  • The Savannah by Capital Construction, LLC

The homes are open from 12 – 6 p.m. and are free to visit.
