Welcome to Palmetto Builder's Design Group. We serve as the in-house consultant home design team for Saluda River Club. We work with home buyers; helping them brainstorm, design and create the overall perfect look for their homes.
We offer future residents two distinct services; home design and interior design. First, for those buyers who choose to purchase a lot and are interested in customizing and building their dream home, PBD will guide them through a lot fit and home design process. Guiding you through the process will be our home designer, Brian Goings, and a select builder from the Saluda River Club team, who will work together to create your dream home. Once your custom home is built, our interior designer, Leanne Rast Carnes, will assist you in designing your kitchen, bathrooms, select cabinets and other decorative hardware found throughout the house. Whether you desire one, or both of these services, we will work with you every step of the way to ensure that your new home and lifestyle are exactly the way you imagined they would be.
Brian and Leanne have over 30 years combined experience in home design and customization. Using the latest in computer design software, PBD is able to present the homebuyer with a 3D experience, including an exterior fly-over and an interior walk-through of the home via a big-screen television. This technique allows them to convey various designs and interior finishes to the buyer, giving the buyer the ability to see, feel and critique their home before they live in it.
