| We saw the ad in Columbia Metropolitan Magazine in Sept/Oct 08. There was a lot of buzz around the area about the community after it opened and it seemed to quickly start selling itself. The location is great for us for several reasons: the river, of course, but also the proximity to the airport and interstates for work-related travel and the school district. We're glad that our children are going to the same schools we went to. It's close to what we've always known as home. The community's amenities are great and our friends really love it too!
