Saluda River Club Wins Columbia Master-Planned Community of the Year for Sixth Consecutive Year
On Saturday, February 18, Saluda River Club, the master-planned community located on the banks of the Saluda River, won Columbia Community of the Year – Master Planned Community for the sixth consecutive year, and Lifestone Residential was recognized as a Top 10 Builder by the Sales & Marketing Council (SMC) of the Building Industry Association of Central South Carolina at its 28th Annual REGAL Awards Gala. The yearly event, hosted at the Columbian Metropolitan Convention Center, celebrates “Real Estate’s Greatest Achievers & Leaders in the Greater Columbia area.”
In addition to winning these prestigious REGAL Awards, two of Saluda River Club’s sales managers, Brantley Jones and Ted Johnson (Team Jones/Johnson) accepted a REGAL Award for realizing an overall sales volume for Saluda River Club of more than $21M in 2016.
