Saluda River Club, a Lifestone Communities development and Lexington’s newest and most innovative community is introducing a new way of living to the Midlands. Combining a variety of housing styles and price points, the community is comprised of two distinct neighborhoods; the River District and the Village District.

The River District embodies more of a traditional suburban neighborhood, featuring large executive homes on spacious lots, while the Village Districts invites a more urban style of living through the development of townhomes, cottages, craftsman homes and the Village Clubhouse, a signature destination for those 21 and over.

The Village District offers homeowners two of the latest and most in demand amenities, nature and walkability. Located on the banks of the Saluda River, the community offers homeowners a retreat to nature with kayaking, walking trails, mini parks and the centerpiece of the River District, the Chickawa Outdoor Center. In terms of walkability, residents can walk to either of the neighborhood’s two pools and two clubhouses, eliminating the need to leave the neighborhood to enjoy an upbeat social scene.

Serving as your own personal gym, spa or happy hour hangout, depending on your mood, the versatile Village Clubhouse features a lounge, bar, fitness room, pool, personal wine storage and concierge service.

Populating the Village District will be a number of townhomes, scheduled to be completed by the end of May. Constructing the townhomes and the model is local homebuilder, McGuinn Homes.

The townhomes will feature open floorplans with 2- or 3-bedroom options. Luxury finishing touches such as granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and hardwood floors give the homes a modern and trendy feeling.

“In planning the community, we discovered a desire by the local market for townhome style living, and at that time there were no current development projects addressing this market need,” said Andy White, partner with Lifestone Communities, developer of Saluda River Club. “We are proud to introduce a new style of living to Lexington.”

In addition to being well-designed the homes are well-constructed. McGuinn Homes guarantees the Gold Seal Standard for each home they build. As stated on their website, The Gold Seal Construction promise ensures that:

Each home is built to our Gold Seal standard. Our project managers sign a guarantee that the home is complete and then it is inspected by three members of senior management at McGuinn Homes. Once approved, it is assigned the Gold Seal of approval. No home is presented to a homeowner until this process occurs.
