When Lifestone Communities came together and began Saluda River Club, the goal was to create a community based on enjoying a lifestyle that intertwines community development and a beautiful natural setting. Today, the gorgeous community has introduced a new way of living along the Saluda River that residents are proud to call home.

With continuing success and a bright future at Saluda River Club, it is no surprise that the spotlight is on the people responsible for the beautiful homes throughout the community. Recognized by Professional Builder magazine and online at HousingZone.com, Andrew White and Brad Harper are on the prestigious 40 Under 40 list to be featured in the March 2012 issue of the magazine. Chosen by the editors of the Professional Builder, the 40 individuals featured on this list represent the brightest stars in the home-building industry and the next generation of leadership.

Andrew White, co-owner at Edge City Homes and contract builder for Lifestone Residential, is a hard-working and driven 27 year-old builder that is the youngest recipient of the South Carolina Certified Master Builder designation. A graduate of Clemson University, Andrew came home to Lexington to work with his father, Andy White and his partners on a new venture, Saluda River Club. Five years later, as co-owner of his own company and a contract builder for Lifestone Residential, Andrew has built over 30 beautiful homes in the amenity rich community with six more on line to be completed in early 2012. Andrew is proud to have had such great success in his budding career and looks forward to building beautiful homes for many years to come.

Even with a non-traditional path into homebuilding, Brad Harper has left his footprint on the building industry. Brad is now CFO of Lifestone Communities, but his path started after graduating from Clemson with a degree in financial management. The young graduate had interned during college at Palmetto Traditional Homes (PTH), whose principals would later create Saluda River Club. With his experience at PTH, Brad decided to continue his journey in the home building industry and introduced several innovative financial business systems that helped the company’s efficiency. When Saluda River Club was launched, Brad was chosen as project manager by Lifestone Communities and became a vital member of the financial team. Brad has overseen the development of the community amenities as well as developed and launched the HOA program. At 31, Brad has already contributed greatly to his field by combining his strong analytical skills with an ability to envision tomorrow’s challenges and meet them with innovative solutions.

Saluda River Club and Lifestone Communities are proud to be associated with such amazing leaders and frontrunners in the industry. Congratulations to Andrew and Brad for being recognized on such a prestigious list within the home building industry.
